Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. If you’re outside this region, reach out to us directly at shop@elliottbaybrewing.com to inquire about custom shipping options.

 

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume periods (e.g., new product drops), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping speed via USPS

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder or contact us at shop@elliottbaybrewing.com.

 

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS. Carrier selection is based on efficiency and cost for your location.

 

Shipping Damages or Issues

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Email us at shop@elliottbaybrewing.com within 5 days of delivery confirmation.
  • Include your order number and clear photos if applicable.
  • We’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue—either through a replacement or a refund.

 

Local Pickup (Optional)

We do not currently offer Shopify-based local pickup.

Instead, please use our ToGo menu https://elliottbaybrewing.com/order/ to purchase merchandise for in-store pickup. This ensures your order is routed to the correct location and ready when you arrive.
