Refund policy

All sales are considered final. However, we offer exchanges of sizes on apparel such as shirts and hoodies, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Exchange

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 days. If the item does not fit right then please start the exchange process:

 

- Reach out to shop@elliottbaybrewing.com with your order information.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

- Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted. 

- If accepted, we will send you shipping information and instructions, and you will be charged for return shipping.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If we determine a refund is appropriate, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For Bitcoin Payments via Strike

·       Refunds for purchases made with Bitcoin are only issued in store credit.

·       The USD value refunded will be based on the USD price at the time of the original transaction, not the current BTC value.
